• Prices stated are in Singapore Dollars.
• For Payment via POSB/DBS or UOB Bank Transfer, please make payment to POSB Savings – 108-35881-5
• For Payment via Cash on Delivery, please note that only available for every Tuesday and Friday at city hall MRT station. Will be confirmed through email.
• We are accepting PAYPAL for international purchases. Buyers will bear the cost of international postage.
(We recommend credit card payments via PayPal. Sign up is free. For more information on PayPal, please visit their website at http://www.paypal.com/. Payment is in USD and a transaction fee charged by PayPal 3.4%(USD$Invoice Value) + USD$0.30 will be included.
• All prior payment to be received within 1 week upon orders confirmation.

Local Delivery
• Upon received or orders via email, I will reply with a confirmation email within 24 hours.
• All items are FREE POSTAGE for Local Normal Mail by SingPost.
• Charges for Local REGISTERED MAIL by SingPost : SGD3
• Goods will be delivered within 3 days from the final confirmation of the order via email.

International Delivery
• Overseas purchases will be delivered via Singpost as well. Usually takes 5-17 working days for most countries.
• Shipping is charged at cost and dependent on weight of purchase and destination.

• All the accessories you purchase from ivbelongings come with a unique packaging, you can give it as a present.
• All Item will be bubble wrapped for safe delivery. In the case of any damaged item due to post or faulty parts, just send the item back (within 1 week) and i'll try my best to fix it. This service is not applicable to the replacement of parts due to wear and tear, and if the item is not bought from ivbelongings.
• Please ensure that customers are at the arranged place at the arranged time of delivery.
• ivbelongings reserve the right to accept or reject any orders.
